Njôrd is open for lunch and dinner. In week 7, we are open Wednesday to Saturday. Lunch 12:00 – 15:00 Evening 18:00 – 21:00 From week 8 until Easter, the restaurant will be open Friday & Saturday
Restaurant Njord was founded in 2021 by Mathias Sejer Sørensen, as the ownership of Hotel Siemsens Gaard changed.
A restaurant with no other dogma than, that we do not compromise when it comes to our great love for local products and high-quality produce from all over Denmark.
On Njord’s menu taste and quality goes hand in hand. A restaurant where everyone is welcome, whether the appetite is for a good glass of wine and snacks in the beautiful courtyard, a light lunch or a large dinner. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
In 2022, we entered into a collaboration of which we are enormously proud and which strengthens our ambitions to serve the best; the slaughterhouse ‘Spis Min Gris’.
